Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and inspect the circumstances. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued.

  • Any costs incurred by CANON AIR for third-party services already rendered will be deducted from the refund amount.
